Fear of Failure....

There is only one thing that makes a dream impossible to achieve: "The fear of failure"…..

Fear and Failure go side-by-side almost all the times. People relate failure to fear. Why does one have 'fear of failure'? Why does one need to have 'fear of failure'? are the two intriguing questions which I thought were worth explaining.

Why does one have 'fear of failure'? One of the many reasons might be the unpreparedness and possibly trying some trial and error method at every crucial moment. Another reason might be the fear of competition wrecking your nerves. But the main reason I consider is,  the craving for success induces the fear of failure. And it is why one needs have 'fear of failure'!

I may sound weird to many though who say fear spifflicates success! then what drives you to success? Self-motivation, success hungry, et al come up from the guys who preach '7 ways to success','1000 ways to loose fear' stuff. But in actual it's your 'fear of failure' which drives you to work hard and find a way to success. Who succumbs to 'fear of failure' can never find a route to success.....

One has to turn the failure to success....... and that one is the god!

Courage

what it takes to have courage???... Fair face/strongly built body/shining teeth/good speaking skills/taller???

These doesn't give you courage. Those who don't have these are not inferior to anyone and there is no need to be discouraged. There is common feeling among many that the physical appearance is prime thing one should have to have courage!!.. that's so wrong. We can see the likes of APJ Abdul kalam, Narayana Murthy,etc.. even Gandhi. They are not good at looks. They are not taller. all of them have dark complexion. But they are the most courageous of the century.

Courage should from ur heart. Courage is the will you have with you.Courage is what it takes to stand up and speak; courage is also what it takes to sit down and listen. Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.
